Our Pastor

Rev. C. Allen Moses, a native of Darlington, SC, is the second son born to George Moses Jr. and Carrie Williamson.  He is married to the love of his life - the girl of his reality, Ashley Nicole Moses and is the father of one daughter, Zoeshia Zylette.

Rev. C. Allen Moses received his formal education in Darlington County Schools.  He is a 2004 graduate of Darlington High School, where he exceeded academic achievements by becoming a Triple Crown Winner. He earned an undergraduate degree in Organizational Management from Morris College in Sumter, SC, and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity Degree at Gardner Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC.  Rev. Moses is a 2009 initiate of the Gamma Mu Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated.

Hearing the call of God, Rev. Moses was licensed to preach on June 8, 2008, and ordained for Kingdom Ministry on January 30, 2016, both at the Cross Road Baptist Church in Rock Hill, SC. By the grace of God, he has held many leadership positions such as Praise and Worship Leader, part-time Minister of Music, Musical Director, Christian Education Spring and Fall Institute Instructor, and Young Adult and Youth Pastor.  In addition, Rev. Moses has served as Youth Minister for the Sandy River Baptist Association (Upper Division) and Young Adult and Youth Pastor at the Greater Fellowship Baptist Church in Charlotte, NC. At this present time, Rev. C. Allen Moses serves in the following capacities:

· Instructor for the South Carolina Baptist Congress of Christian Education

· Youth Committee Chairperson for the South Carolina Baptist Congress of Christian Education

· Co-Chairperson of Late-Night Worship for the South Carolina Baptist Education and Missionary Convention

· Coordinating Council Member of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of South Carolina 

· Steering Committee Member of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship Pan African Koinonia

Rev. C. Allen Moses served six years as the Senior Pastor of the Mount Zion Baptist Church – Blackville, SC. 

In October 2023, Rev. C. Allen Moses answered the call to become the Senior Pastor of Mountain Spring Baptist Church, Anderson, SC. We praise God for Blessing us with a Pastor according to His heart. We look forward to his leadership and feeding us with knowledge and understanding.
